I am Poom Pengcharoen. I build and run software, mostly for small businesses, from Bangkok.

I co-founded Kiluth, where I do the engineering — building the software, running the infrastructure it sits on, and being the person who gets the message when it stops working at nine in the morning.

Most of what I write here comes out of that: something broke, I was wrong about why, and the real cause turned out to be worth writing down. Some of it is not about work at all.
